Our Services
Our company offers professional building maintenance services including cleaning, common maintenance tasks, and safety/security
inspections in order to help your residents enjoy their living in the building.
We also look after scheduling and the supervision of duties of contracted maintenance,
landscaping, and other personnel on the premise. We ensure that all contractors attend to their work
as required and clean up after the task has been completed.
Our company maintains the building, assist in emergencies, supervise contracted maintenance,

Typical Maintenance Tasks
- Lobby:
Sweeping and moping the front entrance, emptying garbage bins, dusting, tidying up meeting rooms and shared areas of the building.
- Elevators: Sweeping and moping, cleaning stainless steel, polishing chrome in elevator cabs.
- Washrooms: Sweeping and moping, emptying garbage bins, dusting glass and stainless steel.
- Gym: Sweeping and moping, dusting glass, wiping down all machines, emptying garbage bins.
- Floor maintenance: Sweeping, moping and/or vacuuming all floors and stairwells, light bulb replacement.

Examples of Regular Inspections and Other Activities
- Weekly: Inspecting drainage, mechanical equipment, and lighting. Discarding litter, purchasing supplies,
monitoring tradesmen, reporting problems to the property manager, inspecting parking area, maintaining a log book of activities, maintaining
pool, sauna, gym and other common areas of the building.
- Monthly: Inspecting the roof, removing marks on walls, inspecting storage rooms and removing abandoned items.
- Quarterly: Cleaning doors and door frames, ensuring drainage on roof tops is clean and free of debris as well as
deeply inspecting all building interiors and exteriors.
